Plan validity and interview credits
The Career Pass is valid for 30 days from successful payment. One interview credit is used when a new AI assessment is created. Unused credits, free promotional credits, offer-code benefits and feature availability can vary by account. The final price and available credit count are shown before Razorpay checkout.
Important clarification about AI features
AI interview assessments use AI-generated interview questions and evaluation. HR Camera Check and standard Phone Interview Practice are browser-based preparation tools; they are not described as unlimited AI evaluations. New AI-enabled phone-review features, if introduced, may have separate usage limits.
How payment works
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. After successful payment verification, digital interview credits are added to the same IntervStart account. This is a digital service only; there are no physical products and no shipping charges.
